Content
The content plan, approved post by post.
Plan every post, email and film by month and channel, beside the strategy it serves. Send the week to the client. They approve or ask for a change on each piece, and you can see who said yes, and when.
15 days free on every plan. No card needed. Clients never pay.
The problem
The plan is a spreadsheet, and the approvals are lost in email.
A caption changes in one place and not the other. Someone posts the old version. Nobody can say who approved what, and by March the posts have drifted away from the strategy they were meant to serve.
How it works
Plan it. Send it. Get a yes.
- 1 · Set up
Say how the plan works, once.
Choose the channels and how often: three Instagram posts a week, a newsletter a month. Choose the fields you use and who approves. Every month starts from it.
- 2 · Plan
The month at a glance.
Each piece sits on its day, by channel, with the pillar from the strategy beside it. Switch between the month and a list, and drag a piece to move its day.
- 3 · Write
Every piece in one place.
Caption, media, call to action, hashtags and a note for the client. Link a piece to the shots that will make it, so the shoot knows what it is for.
- 4 · Approve
The client says yes, or asks for a change.
Send the week in one go. Approvers sign in to the client portal or open the email and decide on each piece. A change comes back to you as a draft, with their note.
- 5 · On the phone
Approvals, from the phone.
Your team opens the app on Today: changes the client asked for and drafts to check. Clients sign in to the same app and approve each post, pictures and all, or ask for a change.
The details
Built for the plan, not the post.
Channels and cadence
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, email, a journal and more, each as often as you set.
Month and list
See the month as a calendar or a list, and move between months with the arrows.
Pillars from the strategy
The month’s focus and the pillars sit beside the plan, so every piece has a reason.
Linked to shoots
Pieces name the shoot that makes them, and every shot names the post it is for.
Approvals with a record
Who approved, who asked for a change, and when. Nothing goes out on a guess.
The client portal
Approvers sign in to see what is waiting, read the strategy and comment, in their own brand.
A Monday email
One email at the start of the week with what is waiting for the client, if you want it.
Notifications
A push on your phone when a client approves, asks for a change or comments.
Your own AI assistant
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok to read the plan and draft pieces. A person sends them for approval.
Who it is for
For teams that post every week and need a yes first.
For agencies
Every client’s month, approved.
One plan per client, in their own look. Send the week, get a yes, and keep the record. The plan follows the strategy you wrote and feeds the shoots you run.
- Up to ten clients on Agency
- White label on the portal
- Approvers never pay
For brands
One plan for the team and the agency.
Your team and your agency work from the same month. The head of marketing approves from the phone, and everyone can see what goes out and why.
- Five seats on Brand
- Agencies can be invited
- Approve from the phone
Questions
What people ask first.
- How does the client approve?
- Send the week, or a single piece. Approvers sign in to the client portal, or open the email, and approve or ask for a change on each piece, on a laptop or a phone. A change comes back to you as a draft with their note.
- Do approvers need to pay?
- No. Clients and their approvers never pay and never take a seat. You add them to the client, and they sign in with their email.
- Can the client comment on a piece?
- Yes. Clients and your team comment on each piece, and you mark a thread done when it is dealt with. Comments arrive by email and as a push on the iPhone app.
- Can I use Content without a strategy?
- Yes. Switch Strategy off for a client and the content plan stands on its own. With a strategy, the pillars and the month’s focus sit beside the plan.
- What does it cost?
- Content comes with every Brand and Agency plan: Brand is £29 a month for one client, Agency £99 a month for up to ten. Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial, no card needed.
