For agencies
Every client's strategy, on one page, in their own brand.
Northpage is a client strategy presentation tool for agencies that are done with decks. One page per strategy, a private link per client, comments where the words are, and a version number every time it changes.
The deck nobody opens twice
You do the thinking, build forty slides, present them once, and send the PDF. By the second quarter the client is asking what the plan was, someone is editing a copy of a copy, and the monthly report has drifted from the strategy it was meant to measure.
The strategy was fine. The format let it die.
A marketing strategy on a page, kept current
Write each client's strategy into one page: positioning, targets, pillars, a rolling year, the content plan and the milestones. It is set in the client's palette, fonts and logo, so it reads as theirs.
Publish to a private link
Send one link, with a passcode if you want one. The client reads it on a phone, a laptop or the wall.
Comments where the words are
Clients comment on the exact line without an account. You answer in the same place, not in a long email thread.
Versions, not attachments
Every publish is a numbered version with a short note on what changed. The link always shows the latest, and the earlier ones stay one click away. When the board wants paper, print or save a PDF at A3 landscape.
Your studio's mark
White label puts your mark on every published page in place of ours.
An alternative to the monthly client report
Instead of rebuilding a reporting deck each month, update the page and publish a new version with a note. The client sees what moved and why, against the plan they agreed. Claude can draft the changes through a key for that client; a person on your team always publishes.
What it costs
Agency, £99 a month: up to 10 clients and 10 people, white label included. Agency Plus, £199 a month: up to 30 clients and as many people as you need.
Both start with a 15-day free trial, no card needed. Your clients never pay. See every plan.
Questions agencies ask
- Is Northpage a client strategy presentation tool or a reporting tool?
- It is for the strategy itself: the positioning, the targets, the pillars, the rolling year and the milestones, on one page the client keeps. It also works as a quieter alternative to a monthly client reporting deck, because the page stays current and every change is a numbered version.
- Can every client have their own look?
- Yes. Each client has a palette, two fonts and a logo, and every strategy for that client is set in them. With white label on, your studio’s mark replaces Northpage’s on the published page.
- Do clients need to sign up to comment?
- No. They open a private link, enter the passcode if you set one, and comment on the exact spot they mean. You get an email quoting it.
- Can we draft with Claude?
- Yes. Create a key for a client and Claude can read and edit that client’s draft. It can never publish; a person on your team always presses publish.
