FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

What is Northpage?
Northpage keeps each marketing or brand strategy as one page, in the client’s own look. You publish it to a private link, the client reads it, comments on it and prints it, and every publish is a numbered version.
Who is it for?
Agencies that write strategies for clients, and brands that keep their own. An agency has many clients, each with their own page and look; a brand has one.
How much does it cost?
Brand is £29 a month for one client. Agency is £99 a month for up to ten clients, with white label. Agency Plus is £199 a month for up to thirty clients. Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial, no card needed.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients open a private link, add a passcode if you set one, and can read, comment and print without signing up. They never pay.
Can I make each page look like the client’s brand?
Yes. Each client has a theme: a palette, two fonts and a logo. Every strategy for that client is set in it. On Agency plans, white label replaces Northpage’s mark with yours.
How do versions work?
You edit a draft. When you publish, it becomes a numbered version with a short note on what changed. The client always sees the latest, and can open earlier versions from the same link.
Can I print it or send a PDF?
Yes. Every published page prints, or saves as a PDF, at A3 landscape, ready for the wall or the board pack.
How does the Claude connection work?
You create a key for a client in Settings and add it to Claude. Claude can then read that client’s strategies and edit the draft. A key can never publish: only a signed-in person can put a version in front of a client.
Where is my data kept?
Northpage is made in the UK. Pages, versions, comments, logos and PDFs are kept in the UK and EU, and every workspace is walled off from every other.
Can I see a published page before I sign up?
Yes. Open the Marlow & Finch demo at northpage.app/p/marlow-finch-demo. It is a made-up client of a made-up studio, published exactly as your clients would see it.
